China Engineers Limited (CEL) was appointed the Caterpillar dealer for Hong Kong and Macau in 1962. Since then, it has expanded its territory to cover seven provinces in the People’s Republic of China namely, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan and Xinjiang. It has a strong and well established machines and engines business with an annual sales turnover of more than RMB 5 billion. Currently, CEL has a total staff strength of 2200 and operates 93 facilities and sales outlets, and still growing.
